摘要 目的:观察硫酸镁在支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法:将151例支气管哮喘的住院患者,分为两组:对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规方法治疗,予常规吸氧祛痰、静点抗生素、氨茶碱和糖皮质激素等措施;观察组在常规治疗的同时,加用25%硫酸镁进行治疗。结果:两组结果经统计学处理,发现5d内两组治疗缓解率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明观察组治疗效果优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:在常规药物治疗支气管哮喘基础上加用硫酸镁,可大大缩短支气管哮喘的持续时间,有效地提高治疗效果。 Objective: To observe the magnesium sulfate in the treatment of bronchial Tube asthma in the application results. Methods: 151 cases of bronchial asthma inpatients, divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The control group used conventional methods of treatment, routine oxygen expectorant, static point of antibiotics, aminophylline and glucocorticoid and other measures; Observed in the conventional treatment group, while 25% was added magnesium sulfate treatment. Results: Statistical analysis results of the two groups was found within 5 d treatment response rate difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0.05), The incidence of adverse reactions was also significant differences (P〈0.05), explained the observation group therapy was more effective than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions observed group was lower than the control group. Conclusion: In the conventional drug therapy on the basis of bronchial asthma was added magnesium sulfate can be greatly shortened the duration of bronchial asthma effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
