摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定快·扑可湿性粉剂中的二氯喹啉酸(快杀稗)和扑草净。建立了二氯喹啉酸和扑草净的高效液相色谱测定方法,色谱条件为以YWG—C(18)为固定相,甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,紫外检测波长254nm,流速为1ml/min。二氯喹啉酸和扑草净的变异系数为1.4780%和2.8161%,平均回收率分别为97.07%和98.17%,工作曲线的相关系数分别为:r二=0.9874、r扑=0.9790。 A RP - HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of quinclorac and prometryne in wettahle powder. The chromatography equiped with reversed - phase YWG-C(18) column and with a 254urn UV detector. The mobile phase was a mixture of methonal and distilled water(80/20, v/v) with a flow rate of 1ml/min. The average recoveries of quinclorac and prometryne were 97.07% and 98. 17%. For the quinclorac and prometrgne,the coefficient of variation were 1. 48% and 2. 82%, and the correlation coefficients of the regression equations were 0. 9874 and 0. 9790, respectively.
