彩色多普勒超声对55例乳腺癌的临床诊断价值

The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound of 55 cases breast cancer

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断效果,及超声诊断数与病理诊断符合率及血流信号检测情况。方法:选择本院2006年9月～2009年2月外科住院的乳腺癌患者55例,分析经手术病理证实的乳腺癌的声像图表现,及超声诊断数与病理诊断符合率及血流信号检测情况。结果:典型乳腺癌的声像图表现为形态不规整,边界不清晰,内部多呈低回声,以不均匀为主。结论:彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要的作用。

Objective：To evaluate the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer effects,and the number of ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis rate and blood flow signal detection situation.Methods：Chose 55 hospitalized patients with breast cancer surgery in our hospital from September 2006 to February 2009.They were confirmed by surgery and pathology analysis of breast sonography,and the number of ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis rate and blood flow signal detection situation.Results：The breast sonography showed no structured form,the border was not clear,the internal was hypoechoic to uneven-based.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer has an important role.
