摘要
支架结构件和四连杆机构间均通过销轴连接,其结构尺寸和受力状况对液压支架的稳定性和可靠性有很大影响。通过分析销轴、底座孔和连杆孔的间隙与连杆倾斜角的关系,以及四连杆销轴连接组合对顶梁横向偏移量的影响,给出了相应的计算公式及减小顶梁偏移的措施,推导了销轴和支架孔挤压面接触压力的分布函数;从结构和材料强度的角度给出了提高销轴连接可靠性的措施。
The hydraulic powered support and the four connection bar mechanism were all connected with the pin shafts. The structure size and the stressed conditions of the pin shaft would have high influences to the stability and reliability of the hydraulic powered support. The paper studied the re]ationship between the clearance and connecting bar for the pin shaft, base borehole and connecting bar borehole and analyzed the pin shaft connection component of the four connecting bar influenced to the lateral deviation value of the top beam. The paper provided the relevant calculation formula and the improvement measures to reduce the top beam deviation. The paper derived the distribution functions of the pressed contact pressures in the boreholes of the pin shaft and hydraulic powered support and provided the measures to improve the connection reliability of the pin shaft from the structure and material strength.
