摘要
2004年以来,国家矿山医疗救护中心南桐分中心每年对各煤矿医院、井口急救站医务人员及矿山救护队员分别进行时间、内容和深浅程度不同的培训。对救护队员的培训重点在自救互救。培训后各矿救护队再对一线职工轮流培训。6年来完成医务人员培训108人次,救护队员588人次,采掘一线职工12620人次。要求掌握心肺复苏技术和创伤四大救护技术(止血、包扎、同定、搬运)。理论知识培训和技能培训并重。每年组织一线职工进行一次自救互救操作比赛,一线职工对煤矿创伤的急救知识显著提高。
Since 2004, the Natuinal Mine Medical Rescue Center Nantong Branch trained the staff members of coal mine hospitals, coal pitheads, and mine rescue teams respectively every year with different contents, depths, and lengths of time. For example, the training for the rescue team members centered on the self-rescue and mutual rescue. After the training the rescue teams were to train in rotation of the first-line worker on cardiopulmionary resuscitation and the 4 rescue techniques (hemostasia, bandaging, immobilization, and transportation). Both theoretical study and skills practise were emphasized. Every year a competition on rescue techniques was organized. So far 108 person-times of medial professionals, 588 person-times of rescue team members, and 12620 person-times of miner have been trained. Questionaire survey showed that the knowledge levels of the first-line workers on self-rescue and mutual rescue was raised gradually.
