摘要
孔子创立的"从游"式教育传统的核心精神在于,学生在跟从教师游学过程中亲身体验并分享其治学经验、探究精神和人格风范,逐步成长为创新人才。孔子开创并实践的从游式教学方式及其精神,同美国《博伊报告》在教育目的、方式和措施等方面存在相互发明的关联。这显示中国古典"从游"式教育传统可转化为现代大学艺术创新人才培养措施的途径。中国研究型大学艺术专业本科教育应通过开展"从游"式本科教育,让孔子创立的"从游"式教育传统与探究式教育等当代大学教育成果实现新的综合和转化。这种让本科生在与导师和学长的游学中分享学术体验、激活研究兴趣并培育创新能力的教育方式,可以充分利用研究型大学的学科综合、科研和研究生教育的优质资源,让本科生在学术濡染中成长为具有探究精神的艺术创新人才。
Confucian created the traditional education model of"cong you", i.e. to learn by following the master who is always on travel and visiting, the core of which lies in that the students follow their master to practice and share his learning experience,exploratory essence and personality model, and gradually grow into innovative talents. The consider- able "tong you" stories as the teaching style and its spirit created by Confucian have a mutual revealing relation with the American Boyer Report, namely, Reinventing Undergraduate Education: A Blueprint for America's Research Universities, in education goal, manner and measurements. It suggests that the "eong you" tradition can be transformed into a way for fostering art innovation talents in contemporary universities, in terms of which undergraduates ("small fish") learn from their teachers ("big fish") and elder peers ("middle fish").
