摘要
采用硫酸镍和氧氯化结为原料,以共沉淀法制备了xZrO2(3Y)(1-X)Ni(X的摩尔分数为0,10%,20%~100%)系列粉料。通氢DTA曲线结果表明,沉淀物只在310℃和500℃左右各有一个峰值;X射线衍射表明,粉料有Ni和t-ZaO2(3Y)二种成分。能谱分析表明,粉料颗粒均由二种组分组成。SEM检测表明粉体粒度均匀,平均粒径0.2μm。
Gels with commposition of xZrO2 (3Y) (1-x)Ni(x=0%, 10%,20%~100%) wer prepared by using ZrOCl2·8H2O and NiSO4·6H2O as their precursors. Differential thermal analysis(DTA) showed peaks (310℃ and 500℃)were caused by the decomposition of gel. Ni and t-ZrO2 (3Y) wer confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD). SEM andEDAX showed the composition of powder was Ni and Zr.
