高碳硫铁矿制酸工艺技术探讨

摘要 高碳硫铁矿焙烧时发热量大,以含S为340%、C为60%的矿为例,将多产热48%左右,沸腾炉需增大移热面积,以确保正常操作;由于焙烧含碳硫铁矿,炉气的SO2浓度降低、进转化工序的O2/SO2值降低,要满足两转两吸的工艺需求,原料含碳量应<65%。对含C>65%的硫铁矿,制酸以一转一吸工艺较稳妥;但可采用富氧焙烧、富氧补氧和矿、硫磺共用等措施提高SO2浓度和O2/SO2比值,以满足两转两吸的工艺要求。 Abstract Because more heat will be generated when roasting high carbon containing pyrite, for instance, 45% more heat is generated for roasting pyrite containing 34.0% S and 6.0% C, more cooling area is needed for normal operation. Carbon content of pyrite should be <6.5% when double absorption process is used on account of drop in SO 2 concentration and O 2/SO 2 ratio of feed gas to convertor. For pyrite containing ≥6.5% C, single absorption process is suitable, and if oxygen enriched roasting, oxygen enriched air supplement or combination of pyrite with sulphur are adopted to increase SO 2 concentration and O 2/SO 2 ratio double absorption process is also suitable.
