摘要
通过1H-NMR和分光光度法探讨了含有和不含有PVP时,苯甲醇在十四烷基甜菜碱(C14BE)胶束溶液中的增溶行为。NMR谱没有出现C14BE分子长链亚甲基质子的信号峰裂分现象,说明苯甲醇增溶于胶束的极性区域,没有深入到胶束内部。PVP的存在未能改变苯甲醇的增溶位置,且使胶束的增溶量呈现减少趋势。
The solubilized behavior of benzyl alcohol in tetradecylbetaine(C 14 BE)micellar solution have been investigated by high resolution proton nuclear magnitic resonance spectroscopy( 1HNMR).It has been found that the benzyl alcohol was solubilized in the polar region of C 14 BE micelle.The locus of solubilization of benzyl alcohol did not change in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).The amount solubilized has been studied by means of spectrophotometry.The result obtained indicated that the solubilization amounts of benzyl alcohol in C 14 BE micelle increased as the concentration of C 14 BE was increased,and decreased as the concentration of the PVP was increased.The change of amount solubilized may be explained in terms of the aggregation numbers of C 14 BE micelle decreased in the presence of PVP.
