固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2催化合成硬脂酸聚乙二醇400单酯的研究

Study on the Synthesis of Polyethlene glycol 400 Monostearate Catalyzed by Superacid SO 2- 4/ZrO 2

报道了用固体超强酸ＳＯ２－４／ＺｒＯ２（自制）催化合成硬脂酸聚乙二醇４００单酯（ＰＥＧ４００ＭＳ）。用正交试验方法研究了反应因素对ＰＥＧ４００ＭＳ产率的影响，试验表明，固体超强酸ＳＯ２－４／ＺｒＯ２对ＰＥＧ４００ＭＳ的合成有很高的选择性和催化活性。

PEG400MS was synthesized by using of solid superacid SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 which was prepared by ourselves,the effect of the amount of the catalysts used,ration of feed stocks,reactio temperature and time on yield of PEG400MS was investigated.Experimental results indicated that SO 2- 4/ZrO 2 type solid superacid had higher activity and selectivity for direct esterification of the stearicacid with PEG400.
