薄壁衬套质量轻节省材料占用空间少,可提高机器的各项机械性能,被广泛地应用于不同行业。由于薄壁衬套刚性差,车削时,装夹困难,受夹紧力、切削力、切削热的影响容易产生变形,切削过程中容易产生振动。因此应在装夹方法、合理选择刀具几何角度和切削用量来减小切削力,选择正确的冷却方法和减少振动等方面考虑,保证薄壁衬套的加工精度。
