摘要
针对用三通管连接的除尘管网中,由于支管夹角不同引起局部构件阻力变化问题,应用RNGκ-ε湍流模型,分别对支管夹角为30°、45°、60°、90°三通的内部流动特性进数值模拟研究。分析比较计算结果,发现随着支管夹角角度的增大高速区和低速区的范围不断扩大,位置由渐扩管向干管中后部位移动,并且低速区中二次流,涡旋强度不断增大,这些变化对三通部位阻力影响很大。
This paper is concerned with the changing of partial resistance when the branch-pipe angle of T-junction pipe is different.Based on the RNG K-ε turbulence model, numercial simulation was carried out to investigate the flow characteristics at angles of 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 90 °in the T-junction pipes.The study found that as the angle increased the scope of high-speed zone and low-speed zones were expanding,and the position moved from the conical diffuser to the main-pipe ,and the secondary flow, vortex intensity was increasing.These changes had a "significant influence to the local resistance of T-junction pipe.
