对我国钛白工业发展的思考

On Development of Titanium White Industry in China

分析我国钛白工业的现状，提出今后的发展建议：有计划地合理开发利用我国钛资源；不断提高国内市场占有率；用氯化法和硫酸法两种方法生产钛白；不宜新建３万ｔ／ａ以下装置；千吨级老厂的技术改造以及走资产重组、强强联合之路，实现规模效益。

This article analyzes the current situation of titanium white industry in China, and raises the development suggestions: exploit and utilize the titanium resource in a planned and resanable way, enlarge the occupation in domestic market; using both chlorination process and sulfuric acid process;it is not recommended to build the plant with the capacity less than 30000 tpa; carry out the technical modification for the plant with the capacity around thousand tpa and take the approach of assets reorganization to realize the economical scale benefits.
