麻疹患儿外周血T淋巴细胞及杀伤细胞分析 被引量:3

T-lymphocyte and NK cells in small children with measles

摘要 目的探讨麻疹患儿外周血T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的变化。方法收集麻疹患儿174例作为病例组,以门诊健康体检婴幼儿作为对照组;采集外周血细胞,用标记荧光的抗体进行染色,流式细胞仪分析麻疹患儿T淋巴细胞和NK细胞的变化。结果麻疹患儿CD8细胞百分率为(24.98±8.24)%,NK细胞百分率为(13.14±6.49)%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间CD3、CD4细胞百分率及CD4/CD8比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻疹患儿中,麻疹病毒高活性组CD3细胞为(2586.54±1635.90)个/μL,CD4细胞为(1450.06±849.06)个/μL,均低于麻疹病毒低活性组〔分别为(3527.36±1912.88),(2046.43±900.92)个/μL〕,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间CD8细胞和NK细胞差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论测定麻疹患儿外周血T淋巴细胞和NK细胞变化有助于评价麻疹患儿感染早期的免疫状况,而且对判断病毒复制的活跃程度具有重要价值。 Objective To study the changes of T-lymphocyte and natural killer(NK) cells in small children with measles.Methods Peripheral blood cells were stained with antibodies labled fluorescecse.T-lymphocytes and NK cells were counted with flow cytometry in measles patients(n=174,age=6 months-6 years) and normal controls.Results Compared with the control group,the percentage of T-lymphocyte and NK cells in children with measles-infecton was signifi-cantly increased(P0.05).The percentages of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were not significantly different between measles patients and control group(P0.05).The counts of CD3 and CD4 cell in groups with high viral activity were significantly lower than those of the low-activity groups (P0.05).While there was no difference in the counts of CD8 and NK cell between high-activity group and low-activity group(P0.05).Conclusion To understand the changes of T-lymphocyte and NK cells in children with measles is helpful to evaluate the patients' cellular immune status and to predict the replication of measles virus.
