摘要
氟化钾是一种重要的无机化合物,有着极其广泛的应用。详细介绍了氟化钾的生产工艺,并对比了基于萤石、提锂母液、氟硅酸钾、氟化氢和氟硅酸等不同原材料的方法的优缺点。在氟化钾后处理工艺中,中小型企业主要采用诱导结晶-真空干燥的方法,而大规模工业化装置主要采用连续化的喷雾干燥法。此外,还简要介绍了氟化钾的防结块技术。
Potassium fluoride(KF)is an important inorganic compound which has wide uses.Preparation technology of KF was introduced in detail.Meanwhile,advantages and disadvantages of different methods which are based on various raw materials,such as fluorite,mother liquor of lithium extraction,potassium fluosilicate(K2SiF6),fluorine hydride(HF),and hydrofluosilicic acid(H2SiF6),were compared.'Induced crystallization-vacuum drying' was mainly used by small and medium enterprises during the post-treatment process.Whereas,continuous spray dryness process was mainly adopted by large-scale industrial installations.In addition,anti-caking technology of KF was briefly introduced.
