硫酸钾于膨润土层间结晶缓释研究

摘要 主要从搅拌时间、搅拌速度、矿浆液固质量比以及硫酸钾过饱和度4个因素研究了硫酸钾于膨润土层间结晶的最佳工艺条件。同时通过正交试验得到其最佳以及主次反应条件,并对产品的缓释效果进行研究。得出硫酸钾于膨润土层间结晶的最佳工艺条件:矿浆液固质量比为5,搅拌速度为2 m/s,搅拌时间为30 m in,过饱和度为0.15。由SEM照片得知留在膨润土中的硫酸钾进入到了层间。 Optimum process conditions of potassium sulfate crystallization in bentonite interlayer were studied from four factors,namely stirring time,stirring speed,pulp liquid/solid mass ratio,and supersaturation degree of potassium sulfate.Optimum reaction conditions and primary-secondary reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment.Slow-release effect of the product was researched simultaneously.Optimum process conditions were as follows:pulp liquid/solid mass ratio was 5,stirring speed was 2 m/s,stirring time was 30 min,and degree of supersaturation was 0.15.From the photoes of SEM,potassium sulfate remained in bentonite has entered into the interlayer.
