摘要
用三氯化铁作络合剂,通过络合反应,脱除柴油中的碱性氮化物。通过考察工艺的各影响因素,得到最佳工艺条件:脱氮剂与柴油的体积比为0.9、搅拌时间为18 min、静置时间为30 min、反应温度为60℃。在该工艺条件下,柴油中碱性氮质量分数由85.79μg/g降至5.28μg/g,三氯化铁的脱氮率达到93.8%。
Basic nitrogen compounds in the diesel oil were removed by complexing reaction with ferric trichloride as complexant.Through investigating influencing factors,the optimum technological conditions were obtained as follows:volume ratio of denitrifier to diesel oil was 0.9,stirring time was 18 min,standing time was 30 min,and temperature of reaction was 60 ℃.Under these conditions,mass fraction of basic nitrogen in diesel oil was droped to 5.28 μg/g from 85.79 μg/g,and removing rate of ferric trichloride reached 93.8%.
