我国区域能源消费与经济增长--基于省际面板数据协整模型的实证分析

Regional Energy Consumption and Economic Growth in Our Country——Empirical Analysis Based on Inter-Provincial Panel Data Model

一个国家整体的能源消费水平是国内各地区能源消费水平的总和,国内各地区能源消费的情况依赖于整个国家经济的发展。基于1988～2006年的省际面板数据,运用面板单位根和协整检验方法,研究我国区域能源消费与经济增长的关系问题,是对我国整体能源消费与经济增长问题研究的继续深化与完善。实证研究结果表明:我国区域能源消费与经济增长之间的关系在空间分布上存在明显差异。建立能源主管机构、调整各区域产业结构、优化能源消费结构是促进区域之间的能源合作、实现经济协调发展的有效途径。

The energy consumption in a whole nation is the total of that in different regions,whereas the consumption in different regions depends on the national economic development.Based on the inter-provincial panel data during 1988～2006,using the panel unit root and the co-integration testing method to study the relationship of regional energy consumption and the economic growth is the depth and improvement on the studies on the energy consumption and economic growth.Empirical researches show that there is striking differences in the spatial distribution of the relationship between the regional energy consumption and the economic growth in our country.To establish the energy controlling mechanism,to adjust the regional industry structure and to optimize the energy consumption structure is an effective way to promote the energy cooperation among the regions and to achieve the coordinated economic development.
