摘要
在室温和微量环己烷存在下,β-环糊精能诱导溴代菲产生出强烈的磷光发射。微量的苏丹Ⅲ能显著猝灭溴代菲的室温磷光。利用液滴磷光传感技术考察了苏丹Ⅲ的浓度与反应体系磷光强度之间的关系,并对试验条件进行了优化,提出了液滴化学传感室温磷光法测定微量苏丹Ⅲ的方法。试验结果显示测定苏丹Ⅲ的线性范围为2.0×10-7-6.0×10-5mol·L-1。方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.1 mg·L-1。
It was found that in the presence of microamounts of cyclohexane and under room temperature, strong phoshorescence was emitted by 9-bromophenanthrene (BrP) through induction of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), and the phosphorescence was quenched obviously hy the addition of trace amount of SudanⅢ. On the basis of the above mentioned phenomenon, and applying the dropping phosphorescence chemosensing technique simultaneously, a new method for determination of traces of Sudan Ⅲ was proposed. Conditions of the phosphorescence reaction and working parameters of the phosphoro-spectrophotometer were studied and optimized. Phosphorescence intensity of the reaction mixutre (containing BrP, cyclohexane and β-CD, as well as the analyte, SudanⅢ ) in the dropping liquid was measured at the wavelengths of 274 nm (λex) and 489 nm (λem). Linearity range for determination of SudanIlI was obtained in the range of 2. 0×10-7 -6.0× 10-5mol · L-1 , and the detection limit (3S/N) found was 0. 1 mg · L-1.
