研发联盟知识存量增长机理与模拟仿真初探

Study on Knowledge Stock Growth Mechanism of R&D Alliances and AnalogSimulation

摘要 知识经济时代,企业知识存量及增长速度成为其获取持续竞争优势的重要源泉。本文从知识位势的视角对企业知识存量进行定量研究,在分析研发联盟形成动因和企业知识存量基础上,引入柯布-道格拉斯函数构建研发联盟的知识存量增长模型,并进行了模拟仿真。研究发现,企业知识存量和知识共享意愿是影响研发联盟知识存量增长的重要因素,但知识共享意愿的影响较为有限,提高知识吸收与创新能力是增加企业和研发联盟知识存量的有效途径。 In knowledge economy era, the enterprises' knowledge stock and growth rate have become an important source to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. In this paper, we analyze R&D alliances' formation motives and the mechanism of enterprises' knowledge stock growth from the perspective of knowledge potential and construct the knowledge stock' s growth model of R&D alliances by introducing Cobb- Douglas production function. The results obtained form simulation show that the enterprises' knowledge stock and knowledge--sharing will are important factors for the growth of R&D alliances' knowledge stock, but the influence of knowledge--sharing will is very limited. Finally, some suggestions to improving knowledge absorption and innovation capacity are put forward in order to increase the enterprises and R&D alliances' knowledge stock effectively.
