摘要
当前我国房贷具有政策性,区域性特点,我国当前银行房贷经营属于顺周期模式,通过对这一情况的原因和弊端进行分析,设计了银行房贷逆周期经营的框架。
This paper introduced the feature and situation of mortgage loan, defined pro - cyclical and counter - cyclical model. Proving that mortgage loan in our country fall into pro - cyclical model and analysis its causes and short - comings. At last, designed the frame work of counter - cyclical operating.
