黑龙江省地方财政收支与经济增长关系研究

Study on The Relationship of Heilongjiang Province Local Financial Revenue and Expenditure and Economic Growth

研究财政收支对经济增长的影响,对促进某一地区经济的增长具有积极的现实意义。运用计量经济学的方法,通过黑龙江省地方财政收支对经济增长影响的实证分析,得出黑龙江省地方财政收支与经济增长呈正相关,且应当进一步加大地方财政收支的规模的结论;同时提出继续推进财源建设工作、积极推进财政管理体制改革、强化政府非税收入管理、扩大财政支出规模和优化财政支出结构等政策建议。

Studying the influence of financial revenue and expenditure on economic growth has important and practial significance for promoting economic growth of a certain area. This article carries on study on the influence of local financial revenue and expenditure on economic growth of Heilongjiang province using econometrics. Draw a conclusion that local financial revenue and expenditure exhibit a positive correlation with economic growth, and further increase local financial revenue and expenditure. Meanwhile putting forward some suggestions, such as continue to promote financial resources construction, promote reforming financial management system actively, strenhthen governmentnon -tax revenue management, enlarge financial management,enlarge financial expenditure scale and optimize financial expenditure structure.
