循环水变温毯对手术病人体温影响的研究

Study on influence of temperature-variable circulating water blanket on body temperature of surgical patients

[目的]研究手术病人术中采用循环水变温毯预防术中体温下降的应用价值。[方法]选取择期行全身麻醉的胃癌根治术病人60例,随机分为保温组和对照组,对照组病人在室温下手术,保温组病人手术中使用循环水变温毯,观察两组病人体温的变化。[结果]保温组手术前后体温变化不明显,对照组体温下降明显,手术开始至结束时体温均在36℃以下。[结论]术中使用循环水变温毯能有效地预防手术病人术中体温下降。

Objective：To probe into the value of variable temperature circulating water blanket to prevent the body temperature drop of surgical patients during operation.Methods：A total of 60 gastric cancer patients accepting radical operation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into test and control group.During the operation,control group cases accepted operation at room temperature.Patients of test group had accepted their operation on the temperature-variable circulating water blanket in surgical bed.Then changes of body temperature of the two group cases were observed.Results：There were no obvious changes of body temperature in test group cases.However,body temperature of control group cases were all less than 36 degrees centigrade.Conclusion：Temperature-variable circulating water blanket can effectively prevent body temperature drop for surgical patients during operation.
