Constructing Open and Collaborative Service Mechanism

概述国家科技图书文献中心(National Science and Technology Library,以下简称NSTL)的宗旨与目标,分析目前信息服务环境的变化以及NSTL面临的挑战,介绍NSTL积极探索出的服务新模式及其成效、特点,指出集中力量做强核心资源保障、全面实现开放服务模式、推进知识服务示范研究、构建联合协同的服务机制是NSTL服务未来的发展方向。

The paper briefly elaborates the aims and objectives of National Science and Technology Library （NSTL）, analyzes the current changes of information service environment and the challenges to NSTL, introduces the new service modes which are explored by NSTL as well as their effects and characteristics, points out the future development direction of NSTL service, namely, concentrating the power to guarantee the core resources, comprehensively realizing the open service mode, advancing knowledge service demonstration research, constructing joint and collaborative service mechanism.
