摘要
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥作为骨修复材料在骨修复和硬组织置换中发挥着重要作用。由于其自身的某些缺点,用新型骨修复材料取代聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯已成为必然,并取得了很大进展。磷酸钙骨水泥高的生物相容性和易于塑型的特点使其成为研究热点。本文综述了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥及新型骨水泥,特别是磷酸钙生物活性骨水泥的研究进展。
Polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)bone cement has been widely used as a restorative meterial in bone restoration and hard tissue replacement.Due to some inherent shortcomings,it is necessary to develop new types of bone restorative materials instead of PMMA,and great progresses in this field have been made.Attention is focused on the research of calcium phosphate bone cement because of its excellent biocompatibility and shapeability.In this paper,studies and development of PMMA bone cement and calcium phosphate bone cement are reviewed.
