摘要
用统计数字表明了，在全自动快速密炼机温度控制条件下，混炼过程参数和混炼胶质量波动的情况。分析了这种波动存在的原因．并指出缩小波动可能采用的方法。
The parameters in mixing process and the quality fluctuation of compound was bothshown by some statistics figures at the full automation-fast temperature control conditions ofinternal mixers. The fluctuation reasons were analyzed. and the methods for decreasing fluctuation wer also worked out in this paper.
