The principle of automatic control system for mixers in mixing process was discussed bytaking K4MARK5 mixer produced by FARREL SHAW CO. in British, and the arrangementstructure of the system and some application of PLC were emphatically discussed, and the development envis-agement from now on was also worked out. this would be beneficial to overall-correctly run and use the mixer, to gradually raise the output and quality of mixed vulcanite.
