输卵管积水状态下的子宫内膜容受性 被引量:5

Effects of Hydrosapinx on Endometrial Receptivity

摘要 因输卵管因素导致的不孕症是体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的适应证之一。其中,未经处理的输卵管积水患者在接受IVF治疗后胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率均下降,自然流产率增加。推测输卵管积水可能影响胚胎质量和子宫内膜容受性。从超声学和分子生物学方面就输卵管积水对子宫内膜容受性的影响相关研究做文献综述。 IVF/ETis a better alternative tothose patients with severe distal tubal disease.However,the presence of hydrosalpinx has a negative effect on IVF/ET by decreasing the pregnancy rates and implantation rates compared with patients undergoing IVF/ET for tubal disease without hydrosalpinx.The hydrosalpingeal fluid has been demonstrated to be embryotoxic to developing embryos.Poor endometrial receptivity has also been demonstrated in the presence of hydrosalpinges.This article reviewed the latest progress of hydrosalpinx on endometrial receptivity from two aspects:ultrasonic parameters and molecular biological parameters.
