Development and Application of Doable Phase Stainless Steel

双相不锈钢,由于具有很高的机械强度和优异的耐腐蚀性能,已逐渐地被承认与接受。它不仅应用在有发生应力腐蚀破裂危险的环境里,而且也已应用在越来越多的,诸如油气、石化、化工、造纸、海水系统、化学运输船和建筑等其他的领域里。至今为止,双相不锈钢在国外已开发使用了近六、七十年。特别是最近几十年来,对双相不锈钢的研究、开发工作更是活跃,使得双相不锈钢的应用量也越来越大。22％铬型双相不锈钢的销售量以每年百分之二十的速度增长。UNS31803(2205)型双相不锈钢已占目前全部不锈钢使用量的第三位。

In view of the high strength and excellent anticorro- sion property, the double phase stainless steel has been accepted gradually. It is used not only in the environment in which the stress corrosion may occur, but also in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, paper manufacture, ocean and architecture industries. Up to now, the double phase stainless steel has been developed and applied for nearly sixty to seventy years. Especially, in recent years, the research and development of the double phase stainless steel are more acdve. The applicadon of the double phase stainless steel in engineering is increasing. The sale of 22% double phase stainless steel increase with the rate of 20 percent annually. UNS 31803 double phase stainless steel is now the third place in the application of stainless steel. But, in China, it is not popular to use double phase stainless steel in engineering. Thus, it is necessary to intro- duce the research, manufacture and application of the double phase stainless steel to the engineers in China. This is the first part of the introduction.
