关于中国企业起源问题的若干思考

Reflections on the Origin of China’s Enterprises

在中国日益成为全球经济重要的一极,中国企业正快速发展成长的今天,我们却一直对中国企业的起源没有很好的解释。而现有理论没能很好地解释中国企业的起源问题在于两点:一是没能从历史视角来考察这一历史过程问题;二是没有把中国特殊情境嵌入中国企业的形成分析中。基于此,本文阐释了什么是中国企业起源问题,提出了该问题可能的研究思路,并提出了研究中国企业起源问题的意义:即把企业的产生看作是制度的形成,把制度看作博弈均衡,利用博弈论制度分析研究特定社会背景下的中国企业起源问题。

Today, China is becoming one of the major poles in the world economy. While China＇s enterprises are developing rapidly, better explanations are still hard to find concerning the origin of China＇s enterprises. The reason why the existing theories cannot explain the origin of China＇s enterprises lies in two points： one is that they did not observe the historic process from the historic perspective; the other is that they did not embed the unique Chinese situations into the analysis of the formation of China＇s enterprises. Therefore, this paper tries to explain the origin of China＇s enterprises, puts forward the possible way for research of the problem, and reveals the significance of the study of the problem, i.e. to regard the birth of enterprises as the formation of the institution and to regard the institution as a game balance, then to use the institutional analysis of the game theory to study the origin of China＇s enterprises against the particular social background.
