植物性杀线剂的提取与毒杀效果

Study on Extraction and Killing Effect of Plant Nematodicide

通过植物粗提液对杉木半穿刺线虫（Ｔｙｌｅｎｃｈｕｌｕｓｓｅｍｉｐｅｎｅｔｒａｎｓ）的毒杀效果的筛选与测试分析，结果表明：苦楝（Ｍｅｌｉａａｘｅｄａｒａｃｈ）叶汁稀释５００倍液，包菜（Ｂｒａｓｉａｄｅｒａｃｅａ）叶汁稀释１００倍液，木麻黄（Ｃａｓｕａｒｉｎｅｅｇｕｉｓｅｌｉｆｎｌｉａ）叶汁稀释５０倍液的浓度，毒杀效果均达到８０％以上。

By testing and selecting of some plant extractions that can kill Tylenchulus semipenetrans, it can be drawn that the killing nematode effect of Melin axedarach extraction diluted by 50is more than 80%,so are these of Brassica deracea diluted by 100 times and Casuarine equiselifnlia diluted by 50 times.The research provides a new kind of plant nematodicide that doesn't pollute environment.
