黑荆木屑发酵处理后袋栽香菇试验研究

Experimental Study on Planting Lentinus edodes in Bags with Wood Chips of Acacia mearnsii through the Fermented Treatment

通过对黑荆树木屑进行发酵处理，有效地降解木屑中的单宁含量，从而克服了出菇初期长“蜡烛状畸形菇”的现象。

By means of the fermented treatment for wood chips of Acacia mearnsii , the tannin content was effectively degraded in the wood chips and therefore the phenomenon,which“candle-form malformed L.edodes ”occurred at the initial stage of L.edodes emergence was overcome.The research provided a feasible measure for planting L.edodes with fine quality and high yield in bags by using wood chips of A.mearnsii.
