摘要 2.4-D和6-BA对于钝顶螺旋藻藻株D和藻株E的生物产量具有明显的提高趋势。其最适浓度为:6-BA10mg/L,2.4-D0.1mg/L(对藻株D)和1mg/L(对藻株E)。藻株F的生物产量基本上不受2.4-D和6-BA的影响。 Studies on the three varieties (D, E and F) of Spirulina platensis Geitler showed that 2,4-D and 6-BA could effectively promote the biological yields of variety D and E, but were ineffective to variety F. The optimal concentrations of 2,4-D to variety D and E were 0.1 mg /L and 1 mg /L respectively, and 10 mg /L was the optimal concentration of 6-BA to both varieties D and E.
