DTS中继电保护的CIM模型扩展与实现

CIM extension of relay protection for dispatcher training simulator

针对目前调度中心不同系统都需要保护模型,提出了继电保护的CIM扩展。总结了国内继电保护原理主要的类型,提出了适用于整定、仿真计算的保护CIM模型。进一步提出了表达CIM模型的XML文件。分析了DTS中实现保护逻辑仿真和定值仿真的基本思路。提出的模型和方法已在某地区电网的DTS系统应用。

Power system relay protection model is widely used in EMS/DTS. A CIM extension of relay protection is proposed in this paper. Firstly, different protection types are enumerated and analyzed. Then, an information model to describe protection relay is presented, which is an extension of CIM. The XML text file is also proposed to define this model. The protection simulation methods to accommodate the proposed model are introduced in the last part of paper. All the model and the method proposed in this paper are used in a real DTS project in Sichuan province.
