地方高校创新科研成果转化管理刍议

On the Management of Scientific Research Achievement Transformation in Local College

文章认为促进地方高校科技成果转化，地方教育部门和高校领导层需要解放思想、科研人员要更新观念，只有这样才能在制度和机制上创新；并提出了改革现有科研项目管理制度、建立有效的科研评价激励机制、规范地方科技成果转化工作、创造性开展“产学研”合作等创新科技成果转化管理的相应对策。

In order to promote the transformation of technological achievements in universities, the local educational departments and leaders of universities should emancipate the mind; and researchers need to renew concept to make innovations on the system and mechanism. And some countermeasures against innovation of achievement transformation management are proposed in this article, such as reforming the current administrative system of scienific research projects, establishing effective evaluation and incentive mechanisms of scientific research, standardizing the transformation of local scientific and technological achievements, creatively carring out the cooperation of ＂production, teaching and research＂, and so on.
