摘要
本文在分析国内外校企合作促进科技发展的模式、新建本科院校科技发展存在问题的基础上，提出了新建本科院校通过校企合作促进科技发展的措施。
The author analyzes the college-enterprise cooperation mode home and abroad, and the existing problems in the development of science and technology of new universities, then puts forward the measures to promote science and technology development by collegeenterprise cooperation for new universities.
