摘要
本文围绕成果交易会的项目管理，从技术难题和待转化成果的征集、项目的面世形式、项目签约以及交易会后的项目管理等方面进行了讨论，指出项目管理应在尊重事实的基础上，完善配套政策的同时，争取创造效益最大化。
This paper focuses on project management of achievement fair, which is discussed from collections of the technical problems, the achievements to be transformed, achievement forms, the project contract, and project management after achievement fair. It is pointed out that the project management should be on the basis of respecting facts and the supporting policy should also be improved to make maximum profit.
