On Management of Project Supervision of River 50 Cluster Wells

监督项目管理在河50丛式井组进行实施，取得了良好的效果。对开发钻井的现场综合管理、特别是丛式井组的监督管理取得了一些成功的经验及研究成果。质量和开发效果显著提高，是胜利油田在开发井组监督项目管理方面的首个运行模式。为油田在整体开发项目中监督工作的普及与发展，探索出了一条新路子，打下了坚实的基础。

Management of project supervision was implemented in the River 50 cluster wells, and good results were achieved. The on-site integrated management on the development of drilling, especially supervision and management on cluster wells group have got some successful experiences and research results. The quality and developing results have markedly improved. This is the first operation mode in developing wells group of the Shengli Oilfield on the management of monitoring project. A new way was explored and a solid foundation was laid for the popularity and development of supervision in the oil field monitoring.
