摘要
近代苏南宗族挑选德才兼备之人做管理者,建立严格的管理体制,同时制定严密的收支程序,加强对族田收支的管理。族田管理在一套完善的体系下进行,很好地避免了管理者贪污舞弊行为的发生。
Clans in modern Southern Jiangsu elect the people having both ability and moral integrity to be the managers, and set the strict management systems. At the same time, they strengthen the management of income and expense by making the rigorous procedure. The management of clans fields carries out under a complete system and avoid corruption and fraud well.
