摘要 直流电机的控制,对于电机工作状态和运行稳定性有着重要的影响。为了提高无刷直流电动机控制系统的性能,采用嵌入式单片机作为核心处理器,单片机在直流电机控制系统中进行控制,并给出了电机控制系统硬件设计方案和嵌入式软件控制功能的设计,对于进一步发展具有高速实时控制功能的电机控制系统具有一定的借鉴意义。通过测试表明控制系统简化了电路设计,提高了保护的可靠性,抗干扰性和运行速度,同时控制系统只须在软件方面加以适当的修改,就可适应不同需要,完全可以应用于电机、变压器保护、变频系统控制等系统中。通过测试证明控制系统的可行性,为设计提供了可靠依据。 The control mode of DC motor has important influence on motor working state and running stability.In order to improve the performance of DC motor control,this paper took the embedded single chip as the core processor,discussed and analyzed the application of SCM in DC motor control,and the design of hardware and embedded software control function based on the dsPIC20F was pointed out in detail.All this work is of reference value for developing further the control system with high speed and real-time function.The running test,showed that this control system simplified the circuit design,decreased the development time and cost,enhanced the stability,antijamming capability and operating speed,at the same time,it can satisfy different needs after changing the software,also be fully used for motor and transformer protection,Frequency-Converted System control and so on.
