摘要
应用增广NCⅡ设计对10个海岛棉品种(系)的F1代纤维比强度进行了分析。配合力分析表明,父本间一般配合力差异显著,特殊配合力间存在着明显差异;海岛棉纤维比强度的遗传主要受加性作用控制,显性作用和上位性作用显著;在非加性方差中,上位性作用比显性作用相对重要些;比强度的狭义遗传力较低。现有亲本中,A杂交铃是比强度最好的亲本。
An augmented NCⅡ mating design include 10 parents and 5×5 crosses of Sea Island cotton were made. Genetic models of fiber strength was tested. Results showed that the additive effect was significant, while dominant and interaction effects were significant, too. The analysis of combing ability showed that the general combining ability among male parents was not signicantly different, but the distinct difference existed in specific combining ability. Interaction variance is more important than the dominant variance in non-additive effect; while the heritability of fiber strength is low. The parents with the best fiber strength among the 10 parents is A Zajiaoling.
