Mutual Recognition and Modern State Governance

承认作为一种观念被人们所认知和接受开始于近代,真正的承认应当是平等的相互承认。相互承认有助于消解主客二元的思维模式,有利于社会的团结与稳定,有助于对日益强大的政府进行权力的规范和制约,因而成为现代国家治理的重要范式。基于这一理论范式,现代国家治理应努力构建承认的共同体,建立起基于承认基础上的现代政治认同和现代民主。

It was modern times when people began to understand and accept recognition as a concept.The true recognition should be equally mutual recognition.Mutual recognition can help dispel subject-object dualistic thought pattern,be conducive to social unity and stability,and contribute to limiting the increasingly powerful government.So it is an important paradigm of modern governance.Based on this theory,modern state governance should strive to build the recognized community,and establish modern political identity and democracy.
