摘要
非智力因素对创新人格培养具有定向、引导、动力、维持、调节和强化作用。学校教育应从学校课程设置、教育艺术、环境熏陶和心理教育等方面加强对个体非智力因素的开发,以有效促进学生创新人格的养成。
adjustment and Non -intelligence factors play roles of orientation, guidance, dynamism, sustainment, reinforcement in developing creative personality. School education should attach importance to exploiting individual non-intelligence in such aspects as curriculum design, educational skills, environmental impact and psychological education, facilitating students" formation of creative personality in an effective way.
