筋骨胶囊质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Jingu Capsule

目的建立筋骨胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对筋骨胶囊中的桂枝、当归、川芎进行了定性鉴别；用HPLC测定制剂中肉桂酸的含量。结果定性鉴别方法专属性强。在16．64～149．76mg·ml^-1范围内进样量与峰面积积分值有良好线性关系．回归方程为Y=2436490．4x＋53730．2，R=0．9995（n=5）。结论本研究建立的TLC和HPLC方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好，可用于筋骨胶囊的质量控制。

Aim To establish quality standard of Jingu capsules. Methods TLC method was used to identify Rougui, Danggui, Chuanxlong,in this preparation,HPLC method was used to determinate cinnamic acid in this preparation. Results The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 16.64 - 149.76 mg · L^ - 1. The recursive equation was ： y = 2436490.4x ＋ 53730.2, R = 0.9995 （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion This method is practicable,convenient,precise and reliable. It can control the quality of Jingu capsule effectively.
