摘要
目的建立测定茴三硫片中茴三硫含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C18为色谱柱,甲醇-水(体积比80:20)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为348nm。结果茴三硫在10.5—50.24mg·L^-1的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。茴三硫加样回收率分别为99.2%(n=5,RSD=0.49%)。结论本法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,测定结果准确,可用于茴三硫的质量控制。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of anethole trithione in anethole trithione tablets. Method The chromatography column is C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) , with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water( 80:20 ). The flow-rate is 1.0 ml ·min^- 1. The UV detection wavelength is set at 348 nm. Results The linear range of anethole trithione is 10.5 - 50, 24 mg·L^- 1, r = 0. 999 8 ( n = 5 ). The average recovery was 99.8% , with an RSD of 0.51%. Conclusion The method was proved to be simple, rapid and accurate for the quality control of an ethole trithione tablets.
