摘要 目的血管紧张素原基因M235T多态性与肥厚型心肌病的研究较多,在国内外不同的人群中的得出研究结果却并不一致。本文在安徽省人群中研究二者相关性和血管紧张素原基因M235T多态性与肥厚型心肌病不同亚组间的关系。方法左室流出道梗阻是影响肥厚型心肌病患者预后的一个重要的独立因素,根据是否有左室流出道梗阻,把患者组分为两亚组。用PCR技术和直接测序法,检测94名HCM患者和120名对照者AGTM235T多态性。结果患者组和对照组基因型构成比和等位基因频率差异没有显著性(χ2=0.29,0.24,P>0.05),患者组亚组之间基因型构成比和等位基因频率差异也没有显著性(χ2=0.28,0.15,P>0.05)。结论AGTM235T多态性与HCM的发病和是否有左室流出道梗阻无关。 Aim There are many studies about the relationship between the angiotensinogen (AGT) gene M235T polymorphism and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) worldwildly with inconsistent results, we investigate it and the relationship between the AGT gene M235T polymorphism and HCM subgroups in a population of Anhui. Methods Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction is an important and independent factor to predict the progress of the HCM patients, so the patients were divided into two subgroups according to whether there were left ventricular outflow tract obstruction or not. Polymerase chain reaction and sequencing directly were used to detect the AGT gene M235T polymorphism of 94 HCM patients and 120 normal controls. Results The genotypes and the frequencies of allele of the AGT gene M235T polymorphism had no difference significantly in HCM patients group and the controls group (X^2 = 0.29,0.24, P 〉 0.05). So did those in HCM subgroups (X^2 = 0.28,0.15 ,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The AGT gene M235T polymorphism is not significandy associated with HCM and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction.
