摘要
针对数控加工中STL模型的刀具路径规划一直存在损失模型精度的问题,提出了在STL切片的基础上,对切片数据进行三次分段NURBS曲线插值,通过刀触点计算出刀位点来实现加工路径规划的算法,并且给出了算法的应用实例。实验表明,规划算法是有效和可行的。
In NC machining, there has always been loss of model accuracy caused by tool path planning based on the STL model. Based on STL slicing, we proposed an algorithm in which cubic NURBS interpolation is made to slice data and cutter locations (CLs) are computed through cutter contacts (CCs) to achieve machining path planning. We also gave example applications of the algorithm. Our experiments showed that the planning algorithm is workable.
