The credit is the important guarantee maintaining and promoting the regional economy increasement. Each region should comply with the local situation, formulate the industrial regulation scientificly, develop the advantage industry, lead the credit supplyment trend tilting to the advantage industry, cultivate and extend the scope and scale of consuming credit, elevate its supporting function and actively support the construction of cardinal basic supplementation based on the limitation on the credit venture.
