摘要
借助于对拉尼斯—费景汉模型的扩展,本文分析了剩余劳动力转移对农业部门技术进步的作用机制和长短期影响。本文认为剩余劳动力的转移会通过资金、劳动间的替代效应,引起渐进累积的资本偏向型技术创新,在短期增加农业产出,在长期形成农业生产的资本深化过程。运用西部地区八个样本村的农户微观调查数据,随机前沿生产函数的估计结果较好地反映了这一机制。
The paper establishes an augmented Ranis-Fei model to analyze the influence of the migration of surplus labor on technology progress in China's agricultural sector and its theoretical mechanism. From which this paper concludes that the migration of agricultural surplus labor will lead the substitution effect between capital and labor force, then the accumulated capital-biased technology innovation in agriculture sector will occur gradually. Production in agriculture sector will be prompted by this effect in the short run. In the long run, this effect will lead the process of capital deepening in agriculture sector. In order to examine this theoretical mechanism, this paper establishes a stochastic frontier production function. Using the micro farmer family investigation data from eight rural villages in West China, the mechanism is reflected by the regression result perfectly.
