主要从价值分析的视角,通过对体育若干发展观进行相关考察及揭示公正在体育发展中的相关内涵。公正不仅针砭和纠正体育"增长"发展的弊端,而且作为体育可持续发展和"人的发展"的要素存在和价值指向。当前,公正还以隐蔽的方式存在于可持续发展和"人的发展"等发展观中,没有被人们充分认识和接受,或被人们所忽略,这反过来进而影响这些发展观的真正落实和实行。体育发展的公正内涵主要包括竞赛公正和社会公正。新时期,公正将进一步凸显为体育发展的主导和核心价值。

This paper introduces relative concepts of fairness in the sports development. It is helot mat fairness has not yet be realized as important for the sustainable sports development and the development of the people. The meaning of fairness of the sports development include competition fairness and social fairness. In the new era, fairness will be the core value of sports development.
